Propertymark were delighted to see that one such individual recognised this year was Professor Paddy Gray; a chief examiner for Propertymark Qualifications, as well as a member of the Lettings Subject Board, representing Northern Ireland.

Appearing under his full name of Professor Patrick Francis Gray, Paddy was awarded an OBE for his services to housing in Northern Ireland.

We are thrilled to hear that Professor Gray has been recognised for his dedication to the housing sector. We have been fortunate to have him on board as part of a team of experts that support our qualifications through their development, assessment and external quality assurance activities.

It is thanks to people like Professor Gray that we can ensure our qualifications are fit for purpose and ready for big changes like the Regulation of Property Agents. Everyone at Propertymark extends their sincerest congratulations and thanks for everything he has done for us and the sector.
